Q1: Can I get sample for test?

Sure, for our regular item, we will send you 1pc sample free, but you need you cover the freight cost. For one item, we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation, then the mass production will be started after getting your confirmation.

Q2: How long can l expect to get the sample?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 3~5days after we receive the payment.

Q3: How long is the delivery time?

Normally 15 working days for 10000 pieces, rush order is available. OEM will be a little longer.

Q4: Can you accept OME & ODM?

Absolutely, we are welcome to your requirement about OEM & ODM.

Q5: How to do if l can't reach your minimum order quantity?

Do not worry about that. lf you can't reach MO0 for each item, we suggest you refer to our goods in stock and group sourcing items. We also can send you the latest list of the prompt goods for your reference.

Q6: What payment term do you accept?

TT, Western Union, PayPal, credit card ....
